In the month of May, a time that the Catholic Church dedicates especially to the veneration of the Virgin Mary, we propose 12 acts of virtue that you can put into practice.
These 12 acts of virtue have been compiled by the Catholic Encyclopedia of ACI Prensa.
In statements to ACI Prensa, José Gálvez Krüger, director of the Catholic Encyclopedia, stressed that “the Holy Father has asked the Latin Church to offer the prayer of the Holy Rosary daily, asking for peace in the world, especially between Russia and Ukraine.” .
“The Catholic Encyclopedia asks the devotees of Mary to follow this directive from the Pope, but not to forget the devout practices, typical of the Month of Mary,” he says.
Among these devotional practices, he indicated, are the 12 acts of virtue.
“Love, like all feelings, to be known, has to be declared. And this is a beautiful way to do it,” said Gálvez Krüger.
Putting these acts into practice, he assured, “will be of great spiritual benefit.”
