Peaky Blinders is one of the most famous and well-known shows of BBC. The Periodic drama is based on the Irish monadic family who settled in Birmingham England. The show takes place sometime after the end of the world war one.
The story focuses on the Shelby family and their family and named Peaky Blinders. And as they spread their empire under the leadership of Thomas Shelby. They faced many problems including terrorism, government and even some of the local gang. In the fifth season as we have seen begins two years after the events of the black Tuesday.
Renewal Status of Season 6
The fifth season ended with many unanswered questions, so fans were actually confirmed that a sixth season was underway. But the confirmation came after a few months as the producers confirmed that a season six was a go. But even after so long the show has not yet started filming. And the ongoing pandemic has only worsened the situation.
Previously it was thought that the season six may be released by the end of 2020. But as time passes it seems difficult for that task to be achieved. However, there is news that BBC is pushing for the filming to start and now the hopes are the show may be airing sometime in 2021.

The sixth season will take up from where the fifth season ended, it will surely explore more about Polly and how she is coping up after the death of Aberama Gold. The first scene will be Tommy holding a gun to his head and then the show will proceed.
