Black Summer is a US action- drama, suspense thriller zombie-based series. It has aired it’s 1st season on 11th April 2019. She is having a whole total of 8 episodes of 30 min runtime. Karl Schaefer and John Hyams create the show. At the same time, Jodi Binstock is the show producer. Black Summer is Netflix’s zombie TV web series that shows the story of Rose and Anna. Now, after a wonderful season, it is all set to have its 2nd season.

Renewal Status of Black Summer Season 2

Although, after the launch of 1st season in 2019, it was pretty sure that the 2nd season would arrive in 2020. But, the pandemic halts the production, and therefore shooting gets resumed. So, including all other processes and procedures, we may expect Black Summer Season 2 to arrive in mid-2021. Cast and What to Expect from Black Summer Season 2

The confirmed cast of Black Summer Season 2 includes the lead Jaimy King playing as Rose. Some other names are Justin Chu Cary as Spears, whereas William can play by Sal Velez Jr, Sole Showrunner, portrays by John Hyams, and Christine Lee can play as Kyungsun. In addition to the mentioned, there may be some new faces in the renewed season.

Although there are no cliffhangers left from the 1st season, as it ends with Rose’s happy ending with her daughter, we could expect a new term and story curve in the upcoming season.

Synopsis of Black Summer Season 2

From the 1st, we got an idea, how in this apocalyptic zombie series Rosa gets isolated form her daughter. Later on, she did many things to meet with her daughter and prevent her daughter from zombies. However, the 1st season end with the happy ending of Rose and her daughter getting united. But as the zombies are not defeated, so the 2nd season may be on the same lead. Let’s wait and watch to unearth the Zombieland.
