In a recent interview, Teigen opened up about her therapy sessions. She said that she didn’t think about going to therapy until the quarantine period. And now that she is getting better, taking some time off, social media would be in her best interest.
Teigen further said that she isn’t as available online as she used to. She has cut down on her social media time a lot. The 34-year-old said that she tends to take people’s pain personally. And it has done some damage to her. While she does not regret it, but it does take a toll on her. Now that she realizes that she needs to take some weight off her chest, it’s best to give social media less priority.
Chrissy Teigen currently has 31.1 million followers on Instagram and 13.1 million followers on Twitter.
