The film was scheduled to release on 25 th September in some theatres and on 16th October 2020. Due to the social distancing norms, the theatres are closed for the moment, and thus, the movie’s theatrical release is not possible. Thus, there was a bond that came up successfully between production and Netflix. Now, according to the latest information, the movie will be released on Netflix on 16th October 2020. Also, the Netflix release will be worldwide, and everyone would be able to access it.

The movie’s cast would include some of the famous and most talented personalities we know until today. Some of the names include Sacha Baron Cohen as Abbie Hoffman, Eddie Redmayne as Tom Hayden, and Yahya Abdul-Mateen II as Bobby Seale. Noah Robbins portrays as Lee Weiner, Jeremy Strong cast as Jerry Rubin, Michael Keaton will act as Ramsey Clark, and Mark Rylance as William Kunstler.
