Selena Gomez Found Her Space In Trevor Daniel’s Remix
On June 20, Trevor posted a mirror selfie wearing one of the hoodies from Selena Gomez’s merchandise collection. Since then, fans were rooting to see a collaboration soon. And the duo did surprise the fans when they released the official remix of the song “Past Life”.
Just two months back, Trevor Daniel released his song titled “Past Life”. In the song, he talks about his struggle with depression and his journey towards finding happiness. The song spoke volumes about his past relationships and how he made it through all his dark phases. And it’s no surprise that the ‘Rare’ singer was able to relate to the song the most.
Selena and Trevor came together to make a remix of the song “Past Life”. They both were singing one after the other, in sync. Their incredible voices matched the core of the song as they jumped through different eras of their lives. The newly released remix has made the fans wonders if they’d perform together someday.

After the police killings of Eric Garner and Michael Brown in 2014, AAPF joined thousands of others to protest anti-Black police brutality, marching under a banner with the names of Black women killed by police. When we didn’t hear their names, we began chanting “Say! Her! Name!” That’s when our #SayHerName campaign was born. Working with families of slain Black women, we resist their invisibility by telling their stories. ⠀ ⠀ We cannot fix a problem we cannot see. The 27-year-old singer is not only making big bucks from her huge fan following on social media. But she is also using her platforms and her voice for all the right reasons. She changed the entire outlook of her social media during the Black Lives Matter Movement. She kept her 181 million followers on Instagram updated about the protest and the people affected.
