Tom Cruise Revealed That Top Gun: Maverick’s Release Has Been Delayed Amid Coronavirus Crisis
It is not a surprise that almost all Hollywood productions have been put on a halt due to the COVID-19 outbreak. Films like Minions: Rise Of Gru. The Spongebob Movie: Sponge On The Run have declared their delayed release dates.
Tom Cruise recently tweeted about Top Gun’s release saying that it too has been delayed due to the Coronavirus crisis.
Here’s When Top Gun: Maverick Is To Release
After 34 years since Top Gun’s first release in 1986. Top Gun: Maverick began its productions in 2010 and gathered speed in 2017. The movie was set to hit the theaters on June 24, 2020. Instead, the 34-year long wait has been extended by another six months as the rescheduled date of release stands to be December 23 as of now.
I know many of you have waited 34 years. Unfortunately, it will be a little longer. Top Gun: Maverick will fly this December. Stay safe, everyone.

With the Coronavirus cases still piling up, Paramount decided to play a safe ball instead of rushing things. So now, instead of dropping during the summer, the movie will be a Christmas present for its fans to check out. Top Gun: Maverick releases on the same day as Tom and Jerry and The Croods(if they too dont change their release dates).
