American singer and songwriter Adam Schlesinger passed away on April 1st while battling the Coronavirus. The 52-year-old artist was recently diagnosed with Coronavirus and was hospitalized. He passed away yesterday in the hospital. The entire music world and people across countries are shocked and grieving the death of the legend. Several Hollywood stars have taken to social media to express their sadness over the matter.
Adam Schlesinger: His Life And Achievements
Adam Lyons Schlesinger was an American singer, songwriter and guitarist. He won three Emmys. A Grammy and the ASCAP Pop Music Award. He was also nominated for Oscar. Tony and Golden Globe awards. He was a founder of the band’s Fountains Of Wayne. Ivy and Tinted Windows
Schlesinger grew up in Manhattan and Montclair New Jersey. He did his schooling there and received his degree in Philosophy. From Williams College. Schlesinger was a cousin of John Bernthal and is also known for his role as Shane Walsh in Walking Dead. The Punisher/Frank Castle in Netflix’s Daredevil and The Punisher.

Tom Hanks has tweeted expressing. That he is sad to receive the news and thanked Schlesinger for his music and him as a human being. He wrote, “…there would be no Playtone without Adam Schlesinger, without his That Thing You Do..”
