Lauren London’s Baggage Of Pain Remains Heavy Even After 1-Year-Murder Of Nipsey Hussle

The tragic death of Grammy-winning rapper Nipsey Hussle evoked a widespread sense of sorrow and grief, and it was felt around the world. It’s his death anniversary, and Lauren London, rapper’s fiancée, continues to mourn and honor his memory. She posted a heartbreaking tribute on social media, saying that “pain is as heavy today as it was a year ago.”

Lauren London shared her ongoing sorrow in an Instagram post, which also included a photo of the couple before his murder.

The Whole Shooting Episode

Hussle was shot on March 31, 2019. The shooting happened outside his retail store, Marathon Clothing store. The rapper went to the shop to hand clothes to one of his old friends who had just gotten out of prison. He was in such a rush that he forgot to alert his security. Hussle was standing out of the store with some of his friends when a man approached and fired. He was 33 when he was shot multiple times and killed.

The American actress first met Nipsey in 2013. They met when London went to pick up a box of clothes that the rapper offered as a gift. When she bought a couple of Crenshaw, the actress told GQ in an interview last year.

The rapper asked her out; she accepted his offer and went on to spend a day with him. After that, both of them were inseparable. The couple soon welcomed a child, son Kross.

Recently, the rapper posthumously won the Grammy for Best Rap Performance. Lauren accepted the award on his behalf and said, “I speak on behalf of our family and in honor of Nip, who was a phenomenal vessel.

Nip did it not just for the awards, but for the people. God allowed him to use this music to speak his truth, give his wisdom, and something we will forever be able to live with.”

Time is deceptive It’s been a year since you transitioned The pain is as heavy today as it was a year ago God knows I would give anything to see you again I didn’t think I was going to survive a second of any of this Prayers have kept me together The kids keep me going and Gods Grace and Mercy have carried me this far As today makes a year I stand strong because of you Because I know you wouldn’t have it any other way Because I recall every late night conversation we had about resilience and fear Because you were my greatest teacher and because you are still with us, in spirit With every breath i take I honor you I carry this pain with purpose I promise I will make you proud I promise to apply everything you taught me In life and in death Ermias Asghedom There will never be another Until we are together again…. I love you beyond human understanding ( but you know that already)🏁
