The first part of Chilling Adventures of Sabrina created a whole host for the fans who were very eager to know about the second season. Mainly it is about Nicholas Scratch who is the devil in disguise.
The Devil Has Many Titles
The devil has many titles like one is ‘Old Nick’, and the other is ‘Mr. Scratch’. Then the latter, Polygon point out, has a connection to Daniel Webster. He is the lawyer who represented Sabrina in her trial against the Dark Lord in episode three, The Trial Of Sabrina Spellman’.The main source material is The Devil and Daniel Webster; it is a short story from the 1930s about a farmer. The farmer sells his soul to the devil, and later he is defended by Webster.
When the Cosmopolitan UK caught up with Gavin Leatherwood, he plays the character, Nick, we are asked for his thoughts and convincing theories. He revealed that those theories would be put in the second part. It might be good or bad, but the fans have to wait for it. As soon as he heard those theories, he immediately kept them in mind because he wanted to honour the possibility.
Gavin Has Many Different Layers
There are so many different layers of Gavin. Because there was that kind of nature in him, with his orgy stuff and studying some of the dark magic on the side or whatnot. He was not studious and a diligent warlock. He was the persona of the bad boy, but he has a really good heart.
Between the parts from 1-3, Nick goes on promising prodigy at the Academy Of Unseen Arts. Even after Sabrina and her crew rescue him by luring the demon from inside, he is tormented by what resembles legitimate, lingering trauma. It then pushes him to self-medicate with a blender of drugs and sex.
The fans are hoping that the character will still be a bad boy in the fourth season. Nicholas Scratch is the devil in his disguise.
