Amid the lockdowns and quarantine, we have a piece of good news for Euphoria fans!. Zendaya and co are coming back on HBO. The production of the second season of the HBO hit high school drama has already begun.
Euphoria posted on the official twitter account a snap of Zendaya. Zendaya who plays Rue Bennett, and Angus Cloud and their friend Fezco. The trio was seen reading through the scripts of the second season.
They also added a caption saying “Here we go!!!!!!!!” alongside the picture. With production underway, it could mean that the viewers can enjoy the show as early as this summer.
What to expect from season 2?
The first season was aired in June 2019, and HBO renewed the drama in July 2019. After the huge season, 1 cliffhanger Rue’s younger sister has teased: “Our whole show is for your interpretation…”. She also added that the questions that were left unanswered would be answered in the upcoming seasons.
Who will be coming back for Euphoria season 2?
As for now, Zendaya and Angus will be a part of the second season. And fans can also expect to see Sydney Sweeney who plays the role of Cassie Howard too. Sydney has confirmed her return in a social media post. Along with Sydney Barbie Ferreira, Maude Apatow and Hunter Schafer will also be returning. Jacob Elordi is also expected to return as Nate Jacobs for season two.
When will we be able to watch it on TV?
As of now, there is no official date for the release yet. Well, it does looks like we will be expecting it to drop sometime this year. It can also be as early as this summer. But as the situations hold with all the lockdowns and all. Fans can hope that it didn’t get delayed. The show will first air in the US, and then it will air in The UK. Fans can watch it on Sky Atlantic and Now TV.
