When relationships go out of bounds, even crimes come along with them. Many cases of assaults on the ex-boyfriend or an ex-girlfriend are seen nowadays. One such example is noticed in east Monday alleyway recently.
A detailed history of the relationships :
The victim of the crime is a 42-year-old man named Giedrius Juskauskas. One of the suspects is the ex-wife of the Giedrius Juskauskas. She is a 35-year-old woman named Asta Juskauskiene. The other suspect is the present boyfriend of Asta Juskauskiene. He is a 25-year-old man named Mantas Kvedaras. Both Asta Juskauskiene and Giedrius Juskauskas gave divorce to each other in December 2018, but they continued to have their sexual,, physical relationship. This got to a break when Mantas Kvedaras and Asta Juskauskiene started dating online. Now even Mantas Kvedaras has come to Asta Juskauskiene place to live. This made it so clear.
About the crime and findings of cop :
As Asta Juskauskiene and Mantas Kvedaras were living together, they took a plan to murder Giedrius Juskauskas. On June 17, few people reported seeing the body of Giedrius Juskauskas with blood all over. He was dead. Cops came to the scene and found out in the post-mortem examination that he was stabbed at least 35 times to his body, chest and neck.
Final judgement :
So the couple were arrested after two days of this crime. With all the facts lying clear, on October 17 Kvedaras pleaded guilty to Mr Juskauskas’s murder at the Old Bailey, and Juskauskiene was also found guilty of manslaughter and perverting the course of justice on January 9 at Kingston Crown Court.
So Asta Juskauskiene was sentenced to 24 years in Jail, which includes two years extra for perverting the law, whereas Mantas Kvedaras was sentenced in prison for 22 years for this murder. So finally justice is served by the law of court to the couple for their well-planned cold-blooded murder of the innocent.
