A 2018 home invasion robbery and sexual assault of a young teenage girl has come to an end. A man from Philadelphia has been caught in this very case. The man has been identified as Kyle Lamar back, 20.
Charged For Multiple Crimes
Back has been accused of multiple crimes. He has been sentenced to 11 to 20 years in jail for sexual assault, guilty of robbery and conspiracy. The Bucks County court found him guilty of these crimes.
In May 2018 Black along with three other individuals had broken into a Bristol Township home. They then ended up assaulting the residents of the house. Although, one of the three that the broken into this very home was a juvenile.
One of the residents of the home was a girl of 15 — one of the individuals of the group the ex-boyfriend of the very group. The group assaulted the girl.
Assaulted A Young Teen
According to the authorities, Black who was 18 at that time had sexually assaulted the girl at gunpoint. In addition to this, the young teen was struck several times by one of the members of the group. They even dumped food, drinks and cigarette ashes on her body.
The identity of the girl will not be disclosed by the police due to safety reasons.
“The conduct that the defendant engaged in that night was torturous. It was sadistic. Not only did he assault her and rob her, but he also enjoyed the act of assaulting and robbing her,” said Deputy District Attorney Matthew S. Lannetti. He was dismayed at the boy’s conduct and scared concerned about eth girl’s well being.
According to authorities, Black has a prior criminal conviction that will additionally serve a ten year probation period and must register as a sex offender for 25 years.
