Police on Thursday arrested two goons for killing in plain view in New Jersey. The two were already charged with murder and now they have been arrested for gunning down a new father in a road rage incident.
The two held are namely Douglas Coudrey, 22 and Kenneth Regan, 21. Both of them were charged with second-degree murder. This murder has come in connection with the killing of Justin Gottlieb, 27 in plain view. This incident took place on January 14.
Both the murders do not have and common ties. They are both unrelated, “They don’t know each other,” said Det. Lt. Stephen Fitzpatrick. The fact that both the offenders are not related has made this case all the more complex.
Police are digging in the case to kind and links. Upon investigation, police found out that the pair trailed Gottlieb after a possible incident on his drive from work and shot him. He was shot as he was sitting in his SUV outside his very home.
Both Previous Convicts Of Murder
Both of them are previously convicted of murders. This murder had taken place in Lodi, New Jersey on January, 18. Although, Both of them had allegedly shot Luis Perez, 27 of the Bronx who was a driver by profession.
Both of them have not pleaded guilty at their arraignment in First District Court in Hempstead and were held without bail. Both of them are due in court on Monday. If convicted they will face 25 years behind bars.
Gottlieb was described as a ridiculously intelligent and pure-hearted new dad to baby, Caroline and future husband to her mother, Lauren in a GoFundMe set up for his family.
“We are innocent, we are going to prove it, watch,” shouted Coudrey at the reporters.
