A recent incident came up to the light when a second man was charged with murdering, a video game developer Jose Zambrano Rodriguez. The accused was later recognized as Damian Diaz, a 29-year-old fellow who lives in Queens, was arrested on Saturday in charge of manslaughter. The hearing of the case was held in Brooklyn Criminal Court.
Description Of The Case-
The 29-year-old accused along with her sister, Joshua Hernandez, a 25-year-old girl from the same city, brutally beat the victim without any proper reason outside a Brooklyn bar. The whole incident was described by the district attorney who is handling the case, who also added that the same took place in the early morning of November 17.
He also added that the pair, along with some other male partner, went to Rodriguez while he was walking down the Havemeyer Street with another woman at around 4:30 am. Hernandez brutally punched him in the back of his head to start the attack. The victims tried to run away from the scene, but Hernandez, along with his gang, chased them down and stuck a blow to his head, which knocked him out. Unfortunately, Rodriguez cracked his skull following the punch.
What Happened After Rodriguez Was Knocked Out-
That one punch in the back of his head knocked him down to the ground. He never attained any consciousness after that and was declared dead on the spot. Police officials reached the scene and arrested Hernandez in charge of misdemeanor assault. A witness told the police officials that he was the sole attacker, so he was the only one getting arrested. They later saw the surveillance video, which clearly showed that Hernandez, along with Diaz, both attacked the victim.
The judge announced the bail of Diaz at $250,000. Hernandez is held for a bond of $20,000 since December 2019. He will be presented in front of the court very soon.
