What Made Her Use The Nail-Clipper-
It was a bright sunny morning in New Jersey on January 12, 2020. But tragically, Axel Torres, the 35-year-old victim, was discovered all covered in blood outside their home in Millville, which he, along with his accused wife owned. According to reports, he had been stabbed and became unconscious at that very moment.
Ayala, the 30-year-old, later informed the police that she stabbed her spouse with a sharp metal file, which consisted of a few nail clippers. According to the affidavit, she signed to the officials, she did not intend to kill him but to only scare him.
According to Ayala’s statement, they were fighting inside their home when after a few minutes, Torres came out at the aisle while Ayala followed him down the same. She almost chased him down with the clippers where at last, they met at a wooded area, and she began stabbing him. After a few stabbings, he snatched the clippers from Ayala. Although, police officials were unable to find the clippers from their homes.
After The Stabbing-
Torres was immediately transferred to a nearby hospital where he was treated for his wounds and injuries, and later Ayala faced charges of second-degree assault and also of using deadly weapons. The next day, tragically, Torres died of his injuries, and Ayala was arrested for first-degree murder.
Last Friday, Ayala stood in front of the judge in Cumberland County Superior Court for the prior hearing. She is kept behind bars in Cumberland County Jail.
