A female employee and a student at Nicholas County School were involved in a rape case registered on. Celena White, a 36-year-old woman. Pleaded guilty for having a sexual relationship and after that raping a 17-year-old boy from the school.
Kentucky State Police arrested the Celena on Tuesday with four accounts of rape. Court documents suggest that Celena White worked in the kitchen of the school.
Nicholas County School is agitated after this incident. On Wednesday, the superintendent’s office said in a statement on Facebook that “The health and safety of all students is the unwavering commitment of Nicholas County Schools.”
This news made headlines everywhere, and the credibility of Nicholas County Schools was questioned. Thus, the school carried out an internal investigation and, after that, fired White.
Currently, White is at Bourbon Community Center. This property is about 100 miles east of Louisville. She is now facing four counts of third-degree rape, according to police officials.
An Inappropriate Relationship
According to the stamen of one of the officials, the student was just 16 when he and the woman got in a relationship. This so-called relationship was not at all healthy, given the age of the boy. This eventually led to the boy getting raped by her.
The police started their investigation when they received complaints regarding an inappropriate relationship between a female employee and a male student of the school.
“Sex Happened On The School Grounds”
According to the officials, she confessed to having sex with a student on the school grounds. “Sex happened on school grounds during school hours, and it happened more than once,” Celena was cited saying in her arrest citation.
