She had Dementia:
The women who were missing is 68-year-old named. Paula Beth James. She is from Butte Meadows, which is about 200 miles northeast of San Francisco. The main problem besides losing is that she had dementia. This is a disease that regularly prevails in old age people where it will affect their day to day activities due to severe memory loss and judgment. There are more than 10 million such cases registered in a country like India. So it is much a prominent disorder. But it is dangerous once the condition become serious. As it happened in the case of Paula Beth James. So it would be tough if she would go all around with a mental state of immense memory loss, leaving her no place to go. This would complete lead her to new sites with her SUV.
Efforts from the Police :
The Butte County Police Department kept their heart out and were searching for many hours. Paula Beth James, who disappeared Jan 9, is from the Oroville, about 50 miles from Butte Meadows. Rescue crews spent over 100 hours searching for the woman. They have sent helicopters to explore around 50 miles of her home. After five days of her missing, they were able to find the SUV spotted in there. So they send some search parties to the area, and they found out Paula Beth James. She was immediately sent to the hospital. There they have found out that she was safe. The SUV went into the snow. Big applause for the efforts put on by the Police Department to rescue her.
