Rape Of A Teen By A 33-Year-Old North Carolina Man, Uses Translator App To Say Victim Is Pretty

The police arrested Victor Emandes-Ramirez on 9th January 2020. He is a 35-year-old man and is suspected of having been working with some painting works. He does not speak English. According to the investigation reports, the suspect has been charged with raping a 15-year-old girl.

After the attempt to rape, the suspect drops her at her school from where she was discovered of having suffered from sexual assault. And was then taken to the hospital, where the entire interrogation and the treatment took place.

The victim said that the man so named Victor kidnapped her. As she was going to her school in a white car that he parked in a shed behind an old building. In the later investigations, police found that the vehicle belonged to the suspect.

The 15-year-old said that there, behind the old building, she was raped and then was put into the same car and brought back to her school.

She said in a statement that the suspect had a conversation with her in which he used the google translator to tell her that she was pretty, and she should not speak about all this to her brothers.

Appeal For Deafening Punishment:

After the victim’s statement, deputies were called to a Wake County high school following a reported rape case that occurred off Pearces Road north of Zebulon at 7:45 a.m.

The culprit was taken into custody nearly at 6:30 p.m. on January 9, 2020. Victor Emandes-Ramirez was charged with first-degree kidnapping. statutory rape of a child 15 years of age or younger. And statutory sex offense with a child 15 years of age or younger.

The next hearing for this case is declared on 30th January 2020, where justice will be served to the victim.
