Texas Guy, 34, Attacks Girlfriend While Dares To Douse Bleach Into The Eyes Of Her 7-Month-Old BabyGirl- Says Cops

A man deluged a 7-month-old infant girl’s eyes with bleach after beating up his girlfriend in a scary domestic violence case. The suspect assaulted the woman in the violent incident between the two.

Jehral Joseph, the 34-year-old accused, charged with provoked assault and abuse to an infant. The charges are in connection with a violent incident that happened in January 2019 in Houston, Texas.

Joseph reportedly bashed his girlfriend as he slammed her into a wall, as per authorities. No further statements released regarding the condition of the children.

The Accused Punched The Woman

According to the reports, Joseph battered his girlfriend. When she tried to ask for help, he broke her cell phone and punched her in the stomach. The victim somehow managed to gather her children together as she planned to escape from the abuser.

As the woman tried to get away from the man, Joseph drained a bottle of bleach on her, reports claimed.

The chemical got into the victim’s eyes and nose as she suffered a problem in breathing because of the fumes. The woman told the cops that the man cursed her and her kids as he violently attacked them.

The three kids rushed to the hospital for medical assistance. They got treatment for itching and burning skin. None of the kids identified, and the cops have released no details. The present conditions of the kids are still unknown.

Joseph Charged With Domestic Assault

The accused, Jehral Joseph, appeared in the court on January 6, Monday. The suspect did not register a plea during his first appearance in the court.

The man had two former convictions in Harris County, Texas, for attacking a family member.

As per Texas law, an aggravated attack is charged as a first or second-degree crime. If charged as a first-degree crime, then an assault like this is punishable by a $10,000 fine with life imprisonment.

For a second-degree felony, the culprit is punishable by a $10,000 fine and 2-20 years in prison.
