Investigation Reveals Pedophile Paid Woman To Live-Stream Her Sexually Abusing A Young Girl, Prison Sentences Awarded

Paedophilia is a severe affliction that seems to plague countries all over the world. With the internet, storing and distribution of child pornography have become more comfortable than ever before. Additionally, it has made the transmission of child abuse content easier as well.

The different investigation leads to the discovery of a new offender

The Isleworth Crown Court heard a 33-year older woman admitted to four child sexual abuse charges. Christine Callaghan of Bexhill-in-Sea, East Sussex was paid 2,285GBP by another paedophile. What for? To live stream videos of Callaghan sexually abusing a young girl over three years. Dean Peltey, aged 30 and a car engineer, was the man who paid her. He admitted to 11 charges last month and was jailed for eight years.

Detectives discovered the abuse because of another investigation of the same nature. Jodie Little, 30, was paid by Peltey so he could watch her assaulting two children. Little called herself ‘devil b**** 666’ and ‘DomTabooSlut’ on adult services websites. She was paid 750GBP by him and sent him ten files. One of them shows her abusing a very young girl, and describing explicitly about the girl being raped. Little, from Huddersfield, was given a sentence of 12 years and four months back in August.

Drive containing explicit images

Further evidence found on Peltey’s hard drive prompted him to be rearrested in May this year. The journey had screenshots of conversations that he had had with Callaghan over two years. Over these two years, 2016 to 2018, she had performed sex acts on the victim on ten different dates. The drive also contained five indecent images of children and a 10-minute long video of Callaghan abusing the girl. Callaghan is set to be sentenced at a later date.

Jason Booth, operation manager at National Crime Agency, released a statement. “Peltey’s and Callaghan’s convictions were only possible because of our determination to make Jodie Little face justice.” He also added that distance could not prevent the NCA from capturing child sex offenders, wherever they are. He said that the NCA sees a spike in these horrendous crimes that are “cyber-enabled.” A added that around 500 child sex offenders are arrested a month, while 700 children are safeguarded.
