Rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine has been singing like a canary and has exposed many as members of the gang. He has been charged with attempted murder and armed robberies. He has already admitted to drug trafficking and shootings. Moreover, he has been cooperating with the court. However, Snoop Dogg has made his hatred for the snitch very clear.
He is reiterating his stance once again as he does not condone 6ix9ine testifying against his former associates. On Tuesday, October 8th, 2019, Snoop Dogg decided to crack a few jokes at the embattled rapper’s expense. Stay tuned to find out what happened at Howard Stern Show!
Howard Stern Show
Sirius XM’s Howard Stern Show alongside actor Seth Rogen stopped Snoop Dogg on Tuesday, October 8th, 2019. 6ix9ine’s snitching got in the way of the chat there at one point. Although, He even cracked a few offensive jokes. He said that snitches always get snitches and that the rapper was aware of the rules and regulations. He noted that rattling on the organization and telling on others never ends well. According to Snoop, Tekashi not only shook on his organization but also on others. Stern was told by Snoop that 6ix9ine went berserk and that he ‘sang like Aretha Franklin.’
The Motive of Snitching
Snoop Dogg was vocal about his bewilderment regarding 6ix9ine’s motive for snitching in the first place. Snoop refused to accept snitching as a get-out-of-jail pass. He said that snitching means that both parties go down, nobody is saved. He also revealed that one of his favorite shows is The First 48 from which he pulled a reference. According to the show, if someone is associated with a crime, he is charged with it by association. There was an additional question that Rogen chimed in with. With a tattoo of jigsaw on his face, witness protection would bring 6ix9ine no good, according to Rogen.
Hiding in Plain Sight
Tekashi is not concerned about being the target of gang retaliation. Moreover, he has rejected the option of disappearing forever. He loves fame too much, and hiding in plain sight is his approach for that reason. He is counting on 24/7 security, not cutting his hair, or removing his tattoos. Is it going to defy what is generally expected for someone labeled as a snitch?
