A missing mother of 3 children has been recently believed to have been found in the form of human remains. The police officials believe that the husband is involved in some way and charged him with murder. The woman’s car is also believed to have been found nearby. After a few months and the police have made some strange discoveries.
The Disappearance Of The Mother
Nearly 2 months in July, Heather Gumina who was 33, and a mother of 3 children – a daughter aged 14, a son aged 4 and another child aged 10 unexpectedly went missing. She was believed to be last seen in El Dorado County on the 15th of July. It was reported that on the same day she had received treatment for a broken collarbone. She lived in the Pleasant Valley area, which is located about 50 miles away from Sacramento.
The Discovery And Investigation
Until recently, the car she used to drive, a black 2005 Infinity was discovered on the 9th of August. Along with the officials believed that they have also found some human remains and they believe the remains might be that of the mother. However, the police have not revealed. Where the location of the car nor the location of the human remains have been found. At the same time, on a Friday, police from the El Dorado Sheriff’s Office arrived at the home of Anthony Gumina, a 44-year-old husband of Heather, to arrest him on a huge no-bail warrant for homicide.
Inquiries And Evidence
When the car was discovered, there were pink lug nuts on the wheels, pink stickers on the doors and a pink gas cap with the words “His Queen”. This was strange and bizarre for the investigators. They have issued a search warrant on Heather’s home. Anthony Gumina is being held at the El Dorado jail with no bail. Joanna Russel, the mother of Heather, said that she was very loyal and very kind. The family is going to miss her a lot and they don’t know if they will ever get over her. She also said that discovery was one of the most devastating to her and it was like the worst nightmare.
