Husband confesses to killing his wife
James Kiser was revealed as the name of the murderer. When his wife was reported missing on August 11th, the 40-year-old man became the prime suspect. Later, the officials disclosed on Friday that James had confessed to the killing. He also led the investigators to the place where the corpse of Crystal Kiser (his wife) was buried. The officials found the cadaver in a shallow grave in Jackson County, Kentucky.
Wrangle turns into a nasty murder
Husband turned killer, Mr. James Kiser, narrated the detectives of the detailed set of events. Saying he “lost it” amidst the 20-minute verbal and physical feud, he admitted wrestling with her. The whole dispute happened in Crystal’s grandmother’s home on Lessie Lane, near Sissonville. James’s push made her head strike on a rock, and she stopped breathing immediately, he said. Subsequently realizing his crime (that he had killed her), the panic-stricken James drove her cadaver to a secluded location in Kentucky to hide her body.
A significant increase in similar crimes
Not even a month back, a similar case surfaced which involved a former police officer and his wife in Hertfordshire. The husband was found guilty of murdering his wife, burning her body and consigning it to the grave. Rodrigo Giraldo, 55, was upset for the failed marriage and when Margory asked for a divorce, he killed her. A mother of 5, Jennifer Dulos, has been missing since May from her Californian house. Police suspect her husband and his lover as the prime suspect. The wife’s demise has not been confirmed yet but her bloodstains have been found at her home. Fotis Dulos, the husband, was also caught tampering with evidence along with his alleged lover.
The aftermath of his admittance
Forensic experts with the Kanawha Bureau of Investigations will be disinterring her remains along with the medical examiners. The husband and killer, James Kiser, has been charged with first-degree murder. No news related to his potential attorney has come to light. As of now, he rests behind bars.
