Tekashi 6ix9ine has been found guilty in criminal charges. He has been cooperating with the feds in his racketeering, drugs and guns case. Not only did he plead guilty, but he is also taking the stand for gang members. It was said that he may be taking the stand later this year. This is against the alleged members of the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods, according to reports.
Now, there’s been several Nine Trey members who have already pleaded guilty. They are pleaded to charges for possession of guns and narcotics.
However, there are five others who may go to trial. There was also a hearing in the same case on Tuesday. A federal prosecutor presented before the Judge in the hearing. He said that the government is still working on plea negotiations with defendants. Also the cases of “less than three” of the defendants may go to trial in September. This was reported by the Daily News reports.
Although, Tekashi has to face a compulsory sentence. He will be prisoned for minimum 47 years in prison. Though he’s aiming for less by signing to authorities.
Moreover, the troubled rapper was arrested back in November. This was for a number of robberies, shootings, drug-dealing along with other crimes. Shortly before his arrest, Tekashi split from the crew. His former fellow gang members then discussed killing him. This was said by the prosecutors. Although he’s currently being protected by the feds. But it was said that some people may be after if him. This wil be if he ever gets out of prison, now that he’s been labeled a “rat.”
