Little known facts about Ted Bundy –

  • In the early 1970s, Bundy worked for a suicide hotline in Seattle.
  • Bundy confessed to 30 homicides committed in seven different states between 1974 and 1978.
  • Ted Bundy was uncertain of who is father was. However, his mother was Louis Cowell.
  • The man who was declared on Bundy’s birth certificate as his father, Lloyd Marshall, was a salesman and Air Force Veteran.
  • Ted Bundy attended College and studied Chinese. However, dropped out nearly 2 years later.
  • During Bundy’s time at college in 1967, he became romantically involved with Stephanie Brooks.
  • Ted Bundy is accused to have decapitated 12 of his victims. Further, he often keep some of the severed heads in his apartment for a long period of time.
  • Bundy believed the motive behind most of his killings was due to an intense fascination with pornography.
  • Ted Bundy faced murder charges in Colorado, he escaped prison. Further, he committed several assaults.
  • During his trial, many women became interested and obsessed with Bundy, as if they were his fans.
  • In early 1968 he dropped out of college and worked at a series of minimum-wage jobs.
  • He further volunteered at the Seattle office of Nelson Rockefeller’s presidential campaign.

  • His earliest documented homicides were committed in 1974 when he was 27 years old.
