Netflix released the first look at Chambers’ first season, set to launch on the service later this month. It is a horror series about a heart transplant gone wrong. Chambers follows a young heart attack survivor (Sivan Alyra Rose) as she chases down the mysterious causes behind the death of the donor who saved her life. She discovers things that may not be as they all seem.
The trailer is not super gory. It is certainly not for the ones with faint-heart. This trailer might have you putting a hand on your chest, just to be sure. It is basically about heart transplant but with a supernatural twist.
Chambers is created and directed by relative newcomer Leah Rachel with veteran screenwriter Stephan Gaghang as the executive producer. Alfonso Gomez-Rejon dirris an executive producer. The series also stars Uma Thurman and Tony Goldwyn as the seemingly sinister parents of the donor patient. They are into some messed up lookin’ stuff too.
The series will release all ten episodes exclusively on Netflix on April 26. Netflix also released a horror series Haunting of Hill House last year. It made huge success and will continue as anthology series. It is good for fans to watch variety of shows in horror genre.
