There has been a lot of chaos regarding the Eurostar traveling lately. All the passengers are frustrated because the train is either canceled or delayed.
Eurostar warns: “Queues are up to four hours long due to ongoing industrial action by French customs.”
Eurostar has canceled a total of 25 trains from Paris to London up to 24 March. They say: “The queues at Gare Du Nord are very uncomfortable and are quite lengthy.” Moreover, a proper decision shall be made in April.
Passengers who must travel are told to proceed to the ticket gates at the time indicated on their ticket. We will then do everything we can to accommodate you onto the next available service. ”

A week ago the French Frontier Officials rejected their ongoing Government pay offer. They declared it insufficient. There were approximately 17,000 official with higher pays and improved working conditions. Their work-to-rule has slowed the processing of London-bound passengers at Paris to a crawl.
The Foreign Office is warning travelers: “Passengers traveling from France to the UK via the Eurostar, Eurotunnel or northern ferry ports should be aware. The industrial action by customs officers is causing significant delays to all services.”
Therefore there are no hopes until April, let us see what happens next.
