The ‘Friends ‘ sitcom has been watched by all generations and still continues to rule our heart and laughter. Reports said that the series that ended back in 2004 is gone for good.
Co-creator of friends Marta Kauffman was once asked on reunion of Friends. He said that there are various disparate views among the actors. He thinks it’s difficult whether or not they would reunite for a 2.0 version.
“There are several reasons. One, the show is about a time in your life when your friends are your family. It’s not that time anymore,” Kauffman told Rolling Stone in an interview published on Tuesday. “All we’d be doing is putting those six actors back together, but the heart of the show would be gone.”
Kauffman also believes that it might be a good idea to not make a reunion. Considering the first version was the ultimate best, it would be very difficult to live up to that expectation. Because anything created in the context to the previous one would be disappointing much.

Therefore, fans will have to watch the reruns, like always.
